Membership Rates (effective 4/1/23)
Full Membership
Entitles the member and immediate family to all privileges of the Club, including golf, pool, tennis and all clubhouse services and member events. Full membership permits member to use private cart upon payment of trail fee.
Monthly Dues for age 50+: $225/mo.
Monthly Dues for under age 50: $155/mo.
Monthly Dues for under age 35: $130/mo.
Social Membership
Entitles the member and immediate family to the following privileges of the Club, pool and all clubhouse services and member events. Social membership does not include tennis or golf privileges.
Monthly Dues: $70/mo
Golf Membership
Entitles member and immediate family to golf and all clubhouse services and member events. Golf membership permits member to use private cart upon payment of trail fee.
Monthly Dues: $180/mo.
Non-Resident Membership
Full-time residence must be outside of Caldwell County. Entitles the member and immediate family to all privileges of the Club, including golf, pool, tennis and all clubhouse services and member events.
Monthly Dues: $130/mo.
Corporate Membership
Corporate memberships are available to corporations that sponsor at least three members.
Monthly dues will discounted 10%. This is available for all categories of membership.
Tennis Membership
Entitles the member and immediate family to the following privileges of the Club, pool, tennis and all clubhouse services and member events. Tennis membership does not include golf privileges.
